All Quacky Factory products and their designs are for personal use only.

You are welcome to:

• Display them
• Gift them
• Trade them
• Collect them

However, the design itself, including any artwork, shape, packaging, branding, or likeness, may not be copied, reproduced, altered, modified, or resold for profit or commercial purposes.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership or grant commercial rights to the design.

All rights remain solely with Quacky Factory.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:
• Resell or redistribute Quacky Factory designs, packaging, or branding in any form
• Create or sell items based on our designs or any portion of them
• Digitally reproduce, trace, modify, or alter the designs for any use
• Upload photos, scans, or copies of the designs to groups, forums, or platforms for redistribution
• Use the designs or likeness in print-on-demand services, digital assets, or third-party merchandise
• Create derivative works based on Quacky Factory designs

Unauthorized use of our artwork, branding, or product designs is strictly prohibited.

Image Protection & Watermarks

Due to the widespread theft and misuse of artwork affecting small businesses, images displayed on our website, including product photos, mockups, and printing proofs, may contain watermarks.

Watermarks are used solely to protect the integrity and originality of our designs.

Your final purchased product will always arrive watermark-free.

Product Representation
Colors May Vary

Screens and printers may display colors differently. The final product may appear slightly different in person than it does on your screen.

Rubber Ducks Not Included

Photos may include props or ducks for display purposes. Only the product described in the listing is included unless otherwise specified.
